Hello, Iβm Jane and Iβm a UX Analyst.
Iβm passionate about UX and accessibility and love digging into analytics to discover trends, pain points, and efficiencies in products. Running ideation workshops is one of my favourite things to do with clients. Getting a group of people motivated and invested in their project in new and interesting ways, and exploring their company or group with as many post-it notes as possible!
Iβm also an experienced researcher who has worked on multiple UX research projects ranging from βwhy arenβt we getting any good app store reviewsβ to running research projects investigating digital transformations of large organisations. Iβm also a proficient web developer with experience in HTML, CSS, SASS, and some JS

Building on the research code of conduct, I also created a process for having sensitive research activities approved by a wider research group. This was to ensure that all research was conducted in an ethical and secure manner across all projects the team undertook.

As a member of the Design Team, I ran multiple client workshops ranging from project kick-off, release planning, MVP formation, and co-ideation workshops. These were conducted remotely using tools such as Miro and Metro Retro.
I also created accessibility guidelines for designers, developers, QA, and PMs. These guidelines had accompanying training and empathy building sessions.
As a researcher, I created a research code of conduct for the research team. The detailed elements of research such as participant consent, researcher integrity, and the wellbeing of our participants. It was used by the team to design our research in a such a way to ensure that we 'did no harm' to our participants while getting the best information for our clients.
